Shipping Methods

We provide the following delivery methods:

  • COURIER – Deliver products at your preferred Address.

  • IN STORE – Pick-up your items from our Shop.

COURIER - Deliver products at your preferred Address.

Please note that when you opt for delivery via courier at your preferred address your order will be shipped with our cooperated courier company. Shipping fees are automatically charged on your order. Delivery time from the moment your order is shipped from our premises is between 24-48 hours.

IMPORTANT: Our company is responsible for the safety of products shipped to your address, if you experience any loss or damages that may have occurred during transport please contact us to report the issue within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Shipping fees:

  • For orders up to the value of 49€ ,shipping fees are 4€.

  • For orders above 50€ shipping fees are free of charge

  • COD cash on delivery charges are 2€

Product deliveries are carried through our cooperation with ACS COURIER in the address you have provided during checkout in the delivery address fields.

Delivery time is usually between 1-4 business days from the time courier services pick up your order for shipping.

IMPROTANT NOTE: in case your delivery address is considered “difficult to access” either geographically or distance wise, you are required to pick up your order from the nearest collection point of ACS COURIER.

In the event your address is considered “difficult to access” you will be notified by phone call or by email from [email protected]

 

Payment Methods

To facilitate convenience and provide better services for customers who wish to make a purchase from our online store, we provide the following alternative payment methods:

  • Via Debit / Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Diners Club, Discover Network, American Express). KATSIGERA EIRINI-KARREN in collaboration with ALPHA BANK has taken all necessary precautions to provide a secure platform to process payments when you opt to use your credit card or debit card. All cardholders are subject to validation checks.

  • COD (Cash on Delivery) You can place an order with this method when you wish to complete the transaction at the time our products are delivered to you. COD orders are subject to a payment processing charge of [2,00 €] + V.A.T. Delivery is via ACS.

  • Bank transfer/Deposit – eBanking. In the event that you wish to make your purchase via bank deposit/transfer or using ebanking services please send us a copy of the deposit confirmation slip (image or pdf) via email at the following address [email protected] or by direct message in through our Facebook page. All orders are processed after we have received and confirmed your bank deposit.

Return & Change Policy

In the event that for one of the reasons listed below you wish to return or change some or all of the product(s) you have purchased please fill in the Return Form that you can download here stating your contact details and reason(s) for returning those items. Please note that you should notify us via email [email protected] at least 14 days prior to sending the products back. You can also contact us by calling our customer support at 0030 210 9956290 during office hours.

Return / Change

We accept returns or changes if one of the following reason:

  • Wrong Product or bad quality or Defective products (wrong product when we received your order, during invoicing, shipping, or poor packaging) that is attributed to KATSIGERA EIRINI -KARREN .We accept full costs of return shipping, please use ACS COURIER to return items. We will replace defective items with new ones or refund the net value of your items via bank transfer within 10 days of receiving them.

  • Changes in product size or replacement by another item. We accept full costs of return shipping, please use ACS. We will replace items with new ones

  • Right of withdrawal. In this case you must contact our company by phone at the service phone 00302109956290. You will be charged for any return shipping costs and you may send the products with the courier of your choice. We will refund your money by bank deposit within 10 days.

Return / Change Conditions

Returned items must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. All items will be inspected upon return. Returned items must also include purchase receipt and items must have all their respective branding and packaging signage. Eligible refunds are processed only via Bank transfer to the bank account details that you provide in the Return Form.

Cancellation Policy

In the event that you want to cancel your order citing personal reasons, before order processing begins or before order is shipped you must notify our company within 2 hours of placing your order with us.
